During a lunch conversation I was lamenting the irregular schedule I had the prior week that has totally thrown off my sleep schedule.
After confessing that I had woken up a noon that very day, one person asked me, “Do you find that you get the best sleep in the evening, or in the morning?”
It took less than a moment of thought to derive the correct answer: “I usually get the best sleep when I feel that I’m shirking some sort of responsibility.”
